Automatic Carpet Packaging Machine

It is designed for automatic packaging of rolled carpet.

The gluing and cutting section works automatically.

Our machine has two models: fixed jaw and traveling jaw.

Carpet packaging is assembled from 3 places: the welds of both ends and the upper endless weld.

A touch screen is available for machine control.

There is automatic detection of carpets of different sizes.

The number of packaged carpets can be counted.

Constant temperature controlled heat cutting blades are available.

The machine consists of 4 conveyors, 1 shrink tunnel and 1 automatic packaging.

The machine works with a speed control unit, photocell, servo motors and PLC system.

It is produced entirely in our own production facility and has optional color options.
